Service responsibilities

PA’UE Beach Lounge is responsible for delivering the services contracted for its facilities and for maintaining the quality standards communicated to the client.

Reservations and confirmation

Reservations for PA’UE experiences in the Rosario Islands must be managed through INVERSIONES LA CHAMPETUA SAS or an authorized intermediary. Availability, services and conditions must be confirmed in writing, and the confirmation may be requested before the experience begins.

Payments

General services must be paid in full before they begin. PA’UE may deny access when the reservation has not been paid in full. Additional services are paid during the visit or in advance when included in the reservation.

For quoted events of 30 guests or more, the currently published policy requests 50% of the quotation fifteen days before the event and the remaining balance seven days before it.

Cancellation and refunds

• Less than 24 hours before the tour or a no-show: no refund or rescheduling.
• Between 24 hours and four days before the tour: rescheduling within the following six months without penalty, or an 80% refund.
• At least five days before the tour: rescheduling within the following six months or a 100% refund.
• Right of withdrawal: the published policy provides a 100% refund when exercised within five days of purchase and at least five days before the tour.
• Electronic payments may be subject to the financial and banking charges described in the published policy.

Date changes

• Requests made more than seven days in advance are free of charge and subject to availability.
• Requests made between three and seven days before the experience carry a 10% administrative fee.
• Changes requested less than three days in advance are not permitted except in qualifying force-majeure situations.

Additional services

• Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: non-refundable.

Weather and maritime conditions

When weather or maritime conditions require PA’UE to cancel an activity, guests are offered the option to reschedule without an additional charge or request a refund of the amount covered by the published policy.

Lost property

PA’UE Beach Lounge is not responsible for personal items left behind. Found items are registered and held for up to thirty days so they may be claimed by their owner.

Acceptance and final confirmation

By completing a reservation or requesting a service, the guest acknowledges the conditions communicated for the selected experience. Availability, operating details and any applicable updated policy should be confirmed in the written booking confirmation.
